Shimla – Manali
Finally got some time to blog.
After the first hectic day of visiting relatives at Delhi, we had a jam packed schedule awaiting us. Next day…early morning we were up….had some toasts for breakfast and went to the travels office with bag and baggage.
Some confusion there…no Volvo (that’s what we booked)…due to less number of people. So he refunded some amount and fit all the people into a high tech AC bus.
Agra- Mathura
The agra mathura trip was not too good…
I liked the agra fort …it was interesting especially because we had just watched Jodha Akbar movie and the guide was actually showing us where Jodha’s palace was and her temple was etc etc….of course…when I came back and went into wikipedia to view mughal history…I realized that the name Jodha itself was never there…lost of stuff said in the movie and by the guide was all stupid stuff.

Delhi sight seeing
This was our last and final trip….Delhi local sightseeing…
Included Qutub Minar, India Gate, Indra Gandhi museum, Nehru Museum, Lotus temple, Birla Mandir and Raj Ghat.
Was not very interesting…but it got me interested in some other things…
I am yet to read about the Nehru family.
I am so how not very knowledged about politics.
Loooong vacation
Had been on a looooooong vacation. want to blog about so many things….I dont even remember now what all I wanted to blog about….
Let me start with our first day at Delhi…whew!!! one really hectic day:)
We were early at the Bangalore airport and were managed to do some time pass..
reached Delhi at about 12:45. Were at the hotel by about 1:30.
