The next slokam is on muruga perumal…I did not find the meaning of these slokams. So Sangu (my sis) and I went ahead and wrote the correct wordings and meaning by asking appa and amma. Please excuse in case there are any discrepencies. Also it would be great if someone who reads this can tell us if anything is wrong and how to correct it.

Soma kirana perum karunai
Surandha mugangal oraarum
Surudhi vazhuthum panirendu tholum
Neebha thodai maarbum

Displaying Strength of 12 shoulders
Wide thighs & chest
Adorning the Colour of (Kama), saffron dress
Order me , O Lord, to pray to thee
You, like a little bird, are telling me the meaning of the syllable ‘Om’ , which even Lord Shiva himself does not know.
The One n only who can bless the people who pray
O Muruga, Lord of Porur.
