I heard the song Hari smarane by Purandara dasa and could not help but notice the uncanny resemblance with Krishna nee begane baro. Somehow I felt it was not just the ragam that was the same…..most of the swarams also looked same to me.

Yadava nee baa is a song composed by Purandara dasa on Lord Krishna. A nice song. I have learnt it in the Abheri ragam. I think this song is also sung in many other raagams like Kanada, shanmugapriya….
