I had been to chennai and I came across this nice song..my cousin had it on the mobile. I never knew that there was sucha film and such a song existed.
Kanda naal mudhal was the movie in which this song was composed.

Shri Guruguha – Shuddha Saveri
One very small and nice song is Shri guruguha.

But there seems to be a lot of debate on if this is composed in raagam Devakriya or Shuddha Saveri. What I know is Devakriya is the same raagam as Shuddha Saveri…it is the name given for the same raagam in the Dikishitar mela system.

I started learning this song today. The raagam is mesmorizing….its got a kind of flow…
just close your eyes and listen to it….you will feel like u r floating…atleast thats what I felt with the raagam
