Guru Raghavendram – Kambhoji

One of the keerthanams that I have long forgotten is “Guru Raghavendram anisham bhaje”. I learnt this from one of my first teachers. It has all gone in the thin air by now. I do not remember how to sing the anupallavi charanam anymore.

However, I remember that I used to like this song a lot. It is also composed in a very nice raagam.

Parent raagam: Harikambhoji (28th melakartha)

I have tried to put down the lyrics by myself from my book. In case there are any mistakes please feel free to correct me.

Karunakaram kalimalaharam

Anupallavi:

Sharanagatha vanathathparam
Paravasudeva chanaparam 

Charanam:

Paramadhbhutha mitha sath charitham
Dhara haasa shobhitha bhavya vakthram
Para thathwamidhamagresaram
vara gaana kallabdhi sudhakaram
