A beautiful song in the hindolam raagam…..one of the first songs that I ever learnt…and also one of the oldest songs that I remember how to sing:)

One of the keerthanams that I have long forgotten is “Guru Raghavendram anisham bhaje”. I learnt this from one of my first teachers. It has all gone in the thin air by now. I do not remember how to sing the anupallavi charanam anymore.

This is a song that daddy wanted me to learn very much. It was one of the songs in the Telgu mvie Shankarabharanam….He loved the cittaswaram and wanted me to sing it. At first I had tried learning it myself….but was not so successful.
But the later.. i learnt it in the music class…the right way:)
