I was listening to the life story of Purandara Dasa yesterday (rendered by Vishaka Hari), and I realized that I had not blogged about one very important song…Bhagyadha Lakshmi…This is a very simple song both in meaning and also to sing. It is also a very popular song amongst the Kannadigas.

Yadava nee baa is a song composed by Purandara dasa on Lord Krishna. A nice song. I have learnt it in the Abheri ragam. I think this song is also sung in many other raagams like Kanada, shanmugapriya….
