Lots of people in India are doing small things all by themselves…..actually being entrepreneurs….but they r not really considered big.
Also….it is amazing to see how they transform their social work into an actual job…
I am not talking about commercializing all services…not at all…
Many people treat a lot of social services as commercial activities….I even see education has been very commercial and a money making thing…
I am proud to be in a country where I can see people like the man mentioned in this article http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/11/30/smsone-micro-local-india-news/
Hats off to him and others like him who are concerned about society…..

Thank you Sir for your knid gesture!
CHANGE- that is the buzz word all around the world.
Ours is an initiative to strengthen the element of this CHANGE- the youth!
Through this project of Local SMS Community Newsletter we are developing Social Entrepreneurs out of unemployed, opportunityless youths of India, that gains them- Social prestige and money.
These youths are serving their local community as Social assistants and the community takes care of their livelihood- a completely people participatory model.
