About 2 weeks back we got an MTR sevai (ready made) and somehow it did not work out too well for us. I was irritated… I found an email ID at the back of the pack and mailed a feedback to MTR.
After a week…today i received a nice warm reply from them asking me for the batch number of the pack.
they have also stated what I could have done wrong with the ready made stuff…but in a nice way.
They have also asked me for my mailing address so that they can send me some sample stuff to try out and give them feedback.
I am really impressed. I have written feedback to a few companies but never received replies. This was the first time i got an unautomated reply.
I have a very good opinion about MTR and would buy their products in future too!
Hope all companies realize what it means to treat the customer well…
