One of the thousand ways to deal better with fat is to drink warm water aftr a meal. The fat is found to break down easily when warm water goes in. In fact colde water actually hardens the fat.
Hence after every meal…try to drink warm water.
I have started drinking warm water always….who knows…there might be fat always in the stomach

Yes, this is gud way. but before the meal, if you have water to your content you will eat less and so fat is also consumed less.
