Easy way to burn fat!!

One of the thousand ways to deal better with fat is to drink warm water aftr a meal. The fat is found to break down easily when warm water goes in. In fact colde water actually hardens the fat.
Hence after every meal…try to drink warm water.
I have started drinking warm water always….who knows…there might be fat always in the stomach :) …I am determined to get rid of it:)

Yes, this is gud way. but before the meal, if you have water to your content you will eat less and so fat is also consumed less.
