Reducing weight – Post pregnancy

I read this in a book….looks very nice to hear and useful….

Getting good amount of sleep helps reduction of weight when you are going through the post pregnancy period. This is because, some hormones react accordingly and so you do not reduce weight whatever you do…unless you are getting enough sleep.
