Avoid Constipation

There are a lot of home remedies for constipation that can help without really having any side effects…

1. Eat raisins before going to bed at night (normal ones or the large ones…both are ok)
2. Eating 2 bananas (big green ones) everyday
3. eating oat meal
4. Drinking a lot of water (really a lot)
5. Eating a cup of greens everyday
6. Eating lot of fruits and vegetables

You can try any of the above stuff…or a combo of the above. Every body is unique and you never know which one may work outr for you.

Things to avoid….
Now…you may think….practically everything is the word for all that is going to listed below. But sometimes…you never know what is causing the problem. So again trial and error is the method…
1. too much milk (more calcium content can cause the problem)
2. iron supplements
3. fried food
4. sweets (more of sugar and salt can cause……sugar and salt tend to absorb too much water)
5. Lack of water (eating a lot of fibrous food as mentioned above and drinking less water can lead to the opposite effect)
6. Biscuits (anything made out of refined flour is not good….so that includes all bakery items :(   )
7. Too much intake of rice

It is also said that lack of physical activity can cause this problem. Hence exercise is very important.
