Raw rice grains for acidity

I have not tried this personally…but seems to be very easy and hassle free…
1.     Take 8 – 10 grains of raw uncooked rice

2.     Swallow it with water before having your breakfast or eating anything in the morning

3.     Do this for 21 days to see effective results and continuously for 3 months to eliminate acidity from the body

Reduces acid levels in the body and makes you feel better by the day.

This WORKS! It works like a charm. I have tried it and continue to do it on a daily basis and I no longer am facing a heartburn. However, when I do not take it, I do face the heartburn.

I have heard that if you take it for 2 months straight, you can permanently eliminate acid reflux from your body.

Which rice should be taken.

_ the rice that are not processed like with its brown cover on it?
-Is uncooked basmati rice good enough?

Processed rice that we use for everyday cooking is good enough…

I have started since today and have noticed some difference on the first day itself.Will come back after a week

I will try taking it from tomorrow. Before my breakfast. Just hope it helps me
